  • No, this is a private, couples-focused retreat. While there will be opportunities for guided conversations, you will only share what feels comfortable.

  • While accommodations are not included, we highly recommend staying at the retreat venue for the full immersive experience.

  • The workshop is broken into two parts. There's a lecture piece where the facilitators teach you how to have healthy relationships, understand your relationship's cycles and why they are not serving you.

    Then, there is a couple of interaction pieces. In this part, you will be given a chance in pairs with your partner to try the tools you have been given. You will get to ask questions about the information provided to you.

  • You’ll never be forced to do anything uncomfortable. Every exercise is designed to be practical, insightful, and at your own pace.

  • Yes and more! While sexual intimacy is a major theme, we also cover communication, emotional connection, and conflict resolution—the pillars of a thriving relationship.
